Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup packed brown sugar or 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar, to dust cake

Step 1
Pro Directions:
1. Dump first 5 ingredients into ungreased 8x8-inch Silicone Baking Pan.
2. Add vegetable oil, vinegar and vanilla.
3. Stir thoroughly.
4. Sprinkle chocolate chips over batter.
5. Place cake on 2-inch rack.
6. Place Extender Ring on Pro base.
7. Bake on Power Level 8 for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
8. Cool in pan.
9. Dust with powdered sugar.
