  • 1 CAN (15 OZ) CORN, DRAINED
  • 1 CAN (15 OZ) BLACK BEANS, RINSED & DRAINED
  • 1 CAN (14 OZ) STEWED TOMATOES
  • 1 CAN (8 OZ) TOMATO SAUCE
  • 1 CAN (4 OZ) CHOPPED GREEN CHILIES-DRAINED
  • 1 ENVELOPE TACO SEASONING
  • 1/2 C CHOPPED ONION
  • TORTILLA CHIPS

Preparation

Step 1

IN A 5 QT SLOW COOKER, COMBINE THE FIRST EIGHT INGREDIENTS. COVER AND COOK ON LOW FOR 5-7 HOURS. SERVE WITH TORTILLA CHIPS.


**TO MAKE THIS INTO A SOUP ADD A 29 OZ CAN OF TOMATO SAUCE
