Ingredients
- Fish:
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 2 halibut fillets (1-in thick)
- Sauce:
- 2 T lime juice
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tsp packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp finely chopped jalapeno
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
Preparation
Step 1
Heat grill. Mix garlic and pepper and spread over halibut.
Whisk together sauce ingredients.
Place halibut on grill, 4-6 inches from medium coals. Cover grill and grill for 8-10 minutes until it just begins to flake. Serve with sauce.
