Ingredients
- 4 cups potatoes, cooked, peeled, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 t. garlic salt
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Mix well. Cover. Cook on low 3-4 hours.
Variation #1:
If you prefer soft onions, saute in skillet in butter before combining with other ingredients.
Variation #2:
Add chopped ham or beef.
