Ingredients
- 3 oz. lemon flavored gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 14 oz. crushed pineapple and juice
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 100 small marshmallows
- 1 cup whipping cream (or 1 env. topping)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine gelatin withi boiling water in fairly large bowl. Stir to dissolve.
Add pineapple with juice. Using wire cheese cutter, cut in cheese. Add marshmallows. Stir. Chill until it begins to thicken, stirring occasionally.
Whip cream until stiff. Fold into thickened mixture. Pour into a pretty serving bowl. Chill. This salad doesn't hold very well since it isn't too firm but will stand for a short time if molded.
