Tequila Grilled Shrimp

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup silver or white tequila
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • salt and pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, stir together shrimp, tequila, lime juice, orange juice, and season with salt and pepper. Cover with plastic, refrigerate 20 minutes.
Heat a grill over medium high. Lightly oil hot grill. Cook shrimp until opaque, 4-6 minutes, flipping once.
Serve with rice.
