Ingredients

  • 1 lb lump crab - shells removed
  • 1/4 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1 lg egg slightly beaten
  • 1 tblsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 scallions diced
  • 1-1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 7 ingredients lightly with a fork. Add in 1/2 cup breadcrumbs.
Pat into round cakes - press lightly in remaining breadcrumbs
Preheat pan with oil - Saute each crab cake until done.
