- 1 can chic peas (drained)
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 2 cloves garlic
- juice from 4 fresh lemons
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step 1
1. In a food processor, combine chic peas, garlic, tahini, garlic, and salt.
2. Add lemon juice, and puree to desired consistency.
3. Garnish with desired amount of cumin, crushed red pepper, and olive oil.
