Karen's Strawberry Bread

Great nut bread to give to family, friends and neighbors at Christmas time.

Ingredients

• 3 cups Flour
• 2 cups Sugar
• 1 tsp. Cinnamon
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 tsp. Baking Soda
• 4 Eggs
• 1 1/4 cups Oil
• 2 10 oz pkg. Frozen Strawberries - thawed
• 2 cups chopped Walnuts or Pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Set oven at 350 degrees.

Grease and flour 4 bread pans. Set aside.

Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl.
Mix wet ingredients and add dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Add nuts

Pour equal amounts between bread pans.

Can also use mini bread pans.
