Meat Loaf with Zesty Topping

Ingredients

• Meatloaf:
• 1 1/2 pounds hamburger
• 1/2 cup oatmeal
• 1/2 can tomato soup
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup onion, chopped
• 1 1/2 teaspoons worchestershire sauce
• Zesty Topping:
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1/4 -1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Meatloaf:
1. Mix thoroughly.
2. Put in greased loaf pan.

Zesty Topping:
1. Mix well in asmall bowl
2. Spread on top of meatloaf.

Bake at 350 for 1 ½ hours or till juices run clear
