Ingredients
- Haddock Fillet or Cod
- Bisquick or Pancake Flour
- Crisco Oil
- 1 Can Beer
Preparation
Step 1
Soak Fish in beer for about 10 minutes. Heat up oil to medium high. Take fish out of the beer and bread with the Bisquick or Pancake flour. Fry in the oil until light golden brown.
