Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 lg. can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1 pkg lg. shrimp
  • Feta

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil.

Add diced tomatoes and bring to a boil.

Add white wine, and bring to a boil again.

Add shrimp and cook until pink.

Add feta and heat until melted.

Serve with rice, or with french baguette
