Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 Cups Un-sifted Flour
• 1 tsp. Baking Soda
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 Cup Butter (Softened)
• 3/4 Cup Sugar
• 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar (Firmly Packed)
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 2 Eggs
• 12 oz. Nestle Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
• 1 Cup Chopped Nuts (Optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 375°. In a small bowl combine Flour, Baking Soda and Salt, set aside. In a large bowl combine Butter, Sugar, Brown Sugar and Vanilla Extract, beat until creamy. Beat in Eggs (One at a Time). Gradually add in Flour Mixture; mix well. Stir in Chocolate Morsels and Nuts (Optional), Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto un-greased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes.
