Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/2 t. salt
- 3 T. bourbon
- 1 1/4 cups pecans
- 1 unbaked 9" pie crust

Preparation
Step 1
Combine butter, sugar and corn syrup. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves. Let cool slightly. Add eggs, vanilla, salt and bourbon to mixture; mix well.
Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
