Ingredients

    cup butter

  • 1

    cup sugar

  • 1

    cup corn syrup

  • 4

    eggs, beaten

  • 1

    t. vanilla

  • 1/2

    t. salt

  • 3

    T. bourbon

  • 1 1/4

    cups pecans

  • 1

    unbaked 9" pie crust

Directions

Combine butter, sugar and corn syrup. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves. Let cool slightly. Add eggs, vanilla, salt and bourbon to mixture; mix well. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
