Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup rum(or any other liquor)
- 2 tablespoons of light corn syrup
- 2 1/2 cups of crushed vanilla wafers or graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans(optional)
- 2 cups powdered sugar(to roll balls in)
Preparation
Step 1
mix cocoa and powdered sugar, combine and stir rum and corn syrup. add and mix vanilla wafers or crumbs and chopped nuts. mix ingredients and roll into balls. roll each ball in powdered sugar until coated well. store in airtight container.
