Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
- 5 tbsp water
- 2 large egg whites, unbeaten
- vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Put sugar, water and egg whites into top of a double boiler and beat well with beater.
Place over heat and continue beating for 7 minutes or until frosting stands in peaks.
Remove from heat, add vanilla, blend well.
