Southern Fried Corn

Oh my!! A yummy southern favorite made with fresh summer corn right off the cob? Yes, please!! I've wanted a recipe for this for a long time - I'm hoping this recipe is as wonderful as the fresh, sweet fried corn I've had & am dreaming of!!
Ingredients
- 8 TO 10 ears of fresh corn
- 1 stick of butter OR 1/2 C of bacon grease
- 1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 C milk
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour

Step 1
-Cut the corn kernels off the cobs, and place in a large bowl. Scrape the cobs with a knife to gather the corn juices into the bowl.
-Melt the butter in a med sauce pan over med-high heat.
-Stir in the corn kernels and all the corn juices, salt, and pepper. Add the milk and simmer for about 30 seconds. Sprinkle the flour over the corn., stir to mix the flour into the corn. Simmer until it thickens. Serve right away
