- 3-4 CANS CHICKEN GUMBO SOUP
- 1/3 CUP DRY ONION FLAKES
- 1/2 CUP KETCHUP
- 1/4 CUP PREPARED MUSTARD
- 1/4 CUP DRY CREAM OF WHEAT OR QUICK OATMEAL
