Ingredients
- Italian:
- 2 pounds Ground Turkey (or chicken)
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Basil, or to taste
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning, or to taste
- 1 egg
- Swedish:
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp sage
- (or 1 tsp allspice instead of other 3)
- Chili spiced:
- 2 tsp chili powder, or to taste
- cumin, optional
- cayenne pepper, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line baking pan with parchment paper.
Combine ingredients using seasoning of choice. Shape into (1 inch) meatballs (about 24-30 per pound).
Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Use meatballs in favorite recipes, or by themselves.
Italian: Serve with your favorite spaghetti sauce.
