  • 1 C DRY RED WINE
  • 1/2 C OLIVE OIL
  • 4 t WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • 1 T GARLIC POWDER
  • 4 t ITALIAN SEASONING
  • 2 t SEASONED SALT
  • 2 t PEPPER
  • 1 t DRIED PARSLEY FLAKES

Preparation

Step 1

POUR DESIRED MARINADE AMOUNT IN A ZIPLOC BAG AND ADD EITHER MEAT OR VEGGIES---MARINADE IN REFRIGERATOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS.

PUT MEAT AND VEGGIES IN SEPARATE BAGGIES
