Sweet & Sour Pork Chop Skillet

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp orange marmalade
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/8 tsp hot pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 center cut chops
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup green onion, thinly sliced
  • orange slices

Preparation

Step 1

In medium bowl, combine marmalade, soy sauce, mustard and hot pepper flakes. Stir in water until well blended. Set aside.

Season pork chops with black pepper.

In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chops, cook until lightly brown. Turning once. Spoon marmalade mix over chops. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer until tender. Stir in green onions. Place on serving plates and garnish with orange slices.

Serve with any pan juices on side.
