Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cornstarch
- 3/4 cup icing sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cornstarch, icing sugar and flour in a bowl. Blend in butter to form soft dough. Cover & chill for 1/2 hour. Shape into 1" balls. Place on un-greased cooking sheet 1 1/2" apart. Flatten with floured fork. Bake at 300F for 20-25 minutes.
