easy italian cannoli

Ingredients

  • store bought cannoli shells
  • 2 lbs ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • chopped candied cherries
  • miniature chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

whip ricotta cheese in electric mixer until smooth and light. add powdered sugar and vanilla. fold in candied cherries and chocolate chips. fill cannoli shells, just before ready to serve.

fills 2 dozen shells
