  • chicken parts, skinless
  • 2 cups rice
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 can pineapple chunks, save juice
  • 4 chicken bouillon
  • juice and water to make 2 cups



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350º. Brown chicken and set aside. In a 13" x 9" baking dish, place rice, soy sauce, poultry seasoning, salt and chicken bouillon. Take juice from pineapple and add water to make 2 cups.

Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Spread pineapple over chicken and bake for another 15 minutes.

Serve with dinner roll and green salad.
