Baked Round Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 Tenderized or chopped round steak
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Onion (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Line sheet pan with aluminum foil.
2. Place steak on foil; salt and pepper.
3. Put soup over top of meat; at least ½ to 1 inch
thick.
4. Add sliced onions if desired.
5. Bake in 375 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
