Ingredients
- 2 Granny Smith apples
- 1 Red Delicious apples
- 20 caramel squares
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Core apples and cut into thin horizontal slices
Arrange apple slices on a large plate. Keep the apples cool in the fridge while you melt the caramels
In a microwave-safe bowl, add a spash of water to your caramels. Microwave on high for 20 seconds at a time until fully melted. (The water helps keep everything smooth-just stir every time you check on it).
Drizzle caramel on the apples, sprinkle with chocolate chips, then serve.
