Ingredients
- 1 Angel Food cake
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 6 T. water
- 1 1/2 pts. heavy cream
- 4 eggs, separated
Preparation
Step 1
Melt water and chips together. Cool.
Add egg yolks to chocolate.
Beat egg whites stiff and fold into mixture
Fold in 1 pt. whipped cream.
Break cake into chunks and fold into mixture.
Pour into greased 9" springform and refrigerate.
Whip remaining 1/2 pt. whipping cream for topping. Decorate with
shaved chocolate.
