Blintz Bubble Ring

Ingredients
- 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
- 2 pkgs (20) refrigerated biscuits
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (*increase to 1 Tbsp, or to taste)
- 3 tbl butter, melted
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
1) Cut cream cheese into 20 pieces
2) Shape each into a ball
3) Roll each refrigerated biscuit to a 3 inch circle
4) Combine sugar and cinnamon
5) Place one cheese ball and 1 tsp cinnamon mixture on each biscuit
6) Bring up edges of dough and pinch to seal
7) Pour melted butter into bottom of 5 cup ring mold
8) Sprinkle half the pecans and half the remaining cinnamon mixture into mold
9) Place half the filled biscuit atop the mixture, seam sides up: repeat layers
10) Bake in 375 oven for 20 min or until brown
11) Cool 5 min; invert into serving plate
