Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower(2lbs) cut into florets
- 3 tbsp cream cheese spread
- 1/2 tsp dill weed
- 3 tbsp parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
cook cauliflower in boiling water 10 min or until tender; drain. place in food processor container
add cream cheese and dill weed; cover. process until smooth
serve topped with parmesan cheese.
