Taco Soup #11

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef, crumbled and browned
  • 46 oz. chicken broth
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 bag frozen ( or canned) white corn
  • 2 16 oz. bags frozen mixed vegetables
  • 16 oz. chunky salsa
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • tortilla chip
  • sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef until well done.
Add all but the last 3 ingredients to the pot and bring to a boil Simmer
for at least 1 hour.

Top off individual bowls with broken tortilla chips, cheese and sour cream to taste.
