Bruchetta

Ingredients

  • Chopped Roma tomatoes
  • Peperencine peppers (chopped)
  • Salt/pepper
  • T garlic
  • Couple Tbls olive oil
  • Couple Tbls Balsamic Vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Drain the tomatoes. Put olive oil in both sides of French bread. Broil slightly. Turn over, add mozzarella cheese and broil until lightly browned.
