Meatballs and Gravy

The cream of mushroom soup makes a gravy in the pan,
perfect with mashed potatoes

Ingredients

• Gravy:
• Meatballs
• 1 1/2 pounds hamburger
• 1 egg
• Onion, chopped
• salt and pepper
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix well; form into 2” balls
2. Brown on all sides.
3. Cover with soup
4. Cover and simmer till meat is cooked through, about
15 minutes.
