Wine-Sage Marinade for Fish

  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons dried sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a glass bowl, airtight container or blender, combine all ingredients; blend well. Marinate fish in refrigerator for up to 2 hours, carefully turning occasionally.
