Skillet Chicken Parmagiana

Ingredients

  • boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • milk
  • fine bread crumbs
  • bottled Ragu or other pasta sauce
  • mozza cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Dip chicken breasts in milk and then coat in bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil in skillet until no longer pink. Cover each breast generously with pasta sauce and top with mozza cheese. Cover briefly to melt cheese.
