  • 2 lbs. Sugar
  • 2 lbs. Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Season w/Cinnamon
  • 1 Shot of Canadian Club

Step 1

Let Butter soften at room temperature. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Divide into (4) parts. Roll each section on a floured surface (12" to 15" lg.) Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight. Slice thin-1/8”. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with Christmas Decors. Bake in pre-heated oven at 350° for (4) or (5) minutes – “Watch Carefully”. Cool and store in tin.
