Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, 2 egg whites
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 1/4 cup brocolli
  • Half a zucchini cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup turkey sausage

Preparation

Step 1

Heat a large frying pan to med-high heat.

Assemble your rolls. Sprinkle the broccoli “rice” over the avocado spread, add your zucchini and turkey sausage and roll.
