Ingredients
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 (12 oz) bag semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla or 1 tablespoon frangelico or amaretto liqueur
Preparation
Step 1
heat the cream in a small pot over very low heat for about a minute(don't let it boil). add the chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth, about 5 minutes. add the vanilla or liqueur, stir, then pour into a fondue pot and serve.
