Ingredients
- Batter:
- Walleye fillets
- 3/4 cup crushed soda crackers
- 1/4 cup crushed cashews
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 can beer
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix eggs and beer together.
2.Lightly dip fish in beer mix; then in flour.
3. Mix nuts and crackers together; add seasoning, mix
well.
4. Dip floured fish in beer again.
5. Roll in nut mixture.
6. Fry in hot oil till fish flakes easily
