Ingredients
- * Crab Stuffing:
- 1/2 * 1/2 pound lump crab
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup chopped jalapeno peppers
- 2 * 2 ounces Monterey Jack pepper cheese, grated
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 * 1 ounce grated Parmesan cheese
- * Chicken Breast:
- 4 * 4 chicken breasts
- * Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 * 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 * 1 ounce grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 * 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 * 2 ounces Monterey Jack pepper cheese, sliced

Step 1
Mix together crab stuffing ingredients. Slice chicken breast to create a pocket for mixture. Stuff mixture equally into chicken breasts. Place chicken breasts in a casserole dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Spread 1/2 tablespoon butter on each breast. Sprinkle equally with Parmesan cheese. Top each breast with a 1/2 ounce slice of Monterey Jack pepper cheese. Cover dish and bake, at 350 degrees, for 30-35 minutes or until breasts are cooked through.
