Double Chocolate Cream Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 4 oz. pkg. sweet German chocolate
  • 8 oz. jar marshmallow cream OR 3 cups marshmallows
  • 2 cup walnuts
  • 4 1/2 cup sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Large can evaporated milk (soup size can)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine chocolates and marshmallows and nuts in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in large heavy pan. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil 7 minutes stirring often. Pour hot mixture at once over chocolate mixture. Stir vigorously with wooden spoon until chocolate is melted and mix is creamy. Pour into buttered shallow pan 13 x 9 x 2. Let stand a few hours and cut into squares.
