Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 3 1/2 c flour
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 c butter melted and cooled
- 4 teas baking powder
- 2 teas vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs adding sugar gradually. Add cooled butter and vanilla.
Sift flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture.
Heat your Pizzelle iron. Place a heaping teaspoon of dough on center of iron. Bake for about 1 min.
