Crawfish Etouffee

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crawfish Tails
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatos (diced)
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Onion*
  • 1 Bell Pepper*
  • 1 Celery Stalk*
  • 1 stick of Butter or Margarine
  • *You can use frozen chopped veg.

Preparation

Step 1

In a 5 qt. pot melt Butter and add chopped veggies and saute. Add Rotel and Cream of Chicken soup. Add 1/2 cup of water. Let this cook down for about 30 minutes.

Add Crawfish and cook for 30 minutes.

Add seasoning to taste and serve with rice.
