Ingredients

  • 6 lb ham
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 11/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • Bread Crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Place ham in big pot. Cover with cold water. Add molasses, cinnamon, 1 cup vinegar.
Boil for 3 hours
Remove from water and pour 1/2 cup vinegar and 1/2 cup brown sugar (mixed together) over the ham
Cover with bread crumbs
Cook 1 hour at 350
