Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 11/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1 tsp grated orange zest
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 11/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped
- 11/2 cups raisins
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a loaf pan
Sift all dry ingredients
Cut in butter until crumbly. Add egg, orange peel and orange juice, all at once. Stir until moist. Fold in cranberries and raisins. Spoon into pan
Bake for 70 minutes
