  • 2 CUPS Flour and/or Oats
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 4 TBSP Butter
  • 1/2 CUP Chocolate Chips or Fruit
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 TBSP Maple Syrup
  • 1-2 TBSP Honey
  • 1/2 CUP Yogurt

Preparation

Step 1

Oven Temp: *425˚*

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Mix dry ingredients in mixer or separate bowl.
3. Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl.
4. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix.
5. Flour board. Roll or press out dough. Divide into 8 or 9 wedges..
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly brown on top.
