Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs cod
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- 2 clove garlic sliced thin
- 1 t dried oregano
- salt & pepper
- 2 T chopped parsley
- sliced lemon

Step 1
place cod in a butter dish.
mix olive oil,red wine vinegar,garlic,oregano,salt & pepper,1T chopped parsley together, Pour over cod.
Broil 3-4" from flame for 8-10 minutes until cod is flakey.
top cod with remain parsley. and serve with a slice of lemon
