  • 1 medium salmon (fresh)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • other seasoning if desired



Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Season fish with salt and pepper. Stuff whole fish, if desired. Brush with melted butter or vegetable oil. Place in a greased baking dish.
Bake fresh fish 10 minutes per inch thick.
Bake frozen fish 20 minutes per inch thick.
