- 3 large eggs separated
- 1 can of chicken
- 8 cups water
- 6 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 cup orzo
- Juice of 2 lemons
Cooking time 15mins
Boil water and bouillon.
Add orzo and chicken.
Cook for about 10 minutes, until orzo is done.
Add lemon juice to egg yolks and whisk until blended.
Add lemon and egg yolk mixture to egg whites. Blend on medium speed to soft peaks.
Remove the pot with chicken from heat.
Remove two cups of broth from the pot.
Slowly add the broth to the egg mixture beating on low speed while adding.
Slowly pour the broth into the pot. Stirring while adding.
