Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup honey
- 2 cups powdered milk
- 1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes, 1 1/2 cups finely chopped walnuts or pecans.

Mix peanut butter, honey, and milk together to form very thick mixture. Roll out in small balls about the size of a walnut. Put on cookie sheet to cool and form well. Dip with toothpick in melted chic. Then roll in crushed cornflakes, finely chopped nuts, or powdered sugar. Place on waxed paper and refrigerate.
I can just make in balls and place in airtight container in the refrig. My husband snacks on them for something sweet and they do not make his blood sugar go up. Just leave off the choc., cornflakes nuts, etc.
